Sampling a Pixel Color from Screen
Colors sampled from a screen are RGB device-dependent. The sample's
appearance may vary widely when viewed on another monitor or output device.
In most cases, making the color sample "device-independent" largely
solves this problem. To do this, you must configure Tangerine to assign a color
profile to the sample color before it is placed into a Tangerine palette.
