The Palettes Manager Window - An Overview

The Palettes Manager window provides tools for managing the collection of palettes held in Tangerine.

To open the Palettes Manager window, select the 'Palettes' menu item from the Tangerine menu.

The Palettes Table
The Palettes Table lists the palettes held in Tangerine. You can edit palette titles and color space restrictions for individual palettes in the list.

New and Remove Palette Buttons
The 'New' button creates a new palette and inserts it into the Palettes Table. The 'Remove' button removes the selected palette from the Palettes Table. For more information see Adding and Removing Palettes.

Export and Import Palette Buttons
The 'Export' button is used to export a selected palette from the Palettes Table out to file. The 'Import' button is used to import palettes into Tangerine. For more information see Exporting and Importing Palettes.

Avoid Identical Colors in a Palette
The 'Avoid identical colors in a palette' checkbox prevents identical colors being added to palettes. For more information see Avoiding Identical Colors.
