When renaming a palette you must give it a unique name. If the new name of
the palette is already attached to another palette, a number is appended to
the new name.
There are three ways to rename a palette:
Select 'Rename' from the Tangerine menu or Palette Title
Bar Pop-up menu. Enter a new name and press return.
Double click the title in the Palette Title Bar. Enter a new name for
the palette and press return.
Open the Palettes Manager window by selecting the 'Palettes' menu
item in the Tangerine menu. Edit the title in the Palettes Table.
