Fireworks Actions Library v1.0

Description: Actions in this Library allow you to apply or retrieve a fill, stroke or canvas background color from a selected line, shape, auto shape or text.

Note: if you use a 'Get Fill' or 'Get Stroke' Action to take a color from an Auto Shape or a grouped item the incorrect color may be added to the palette. This happens because some Auto Shapes and grouped items are comprised of several vector shapes, each of which has its own fill and stroke color value. To overcome this issue, use the 'Subselection Tool' to identify and select the color you want before adding it to the palette.

CMYK and Grayscale colors are converted into RGB color space before being applied to a color property in Fireworks. Colors taken from Fireworks are added to palettes as RGB color space colors.

There are no drag and drop Actions in the Fireworks Actions Library.

Supported Applications: Macromedia/Adobe Fireworks MX, MX2004, 8 and CS3.
